Posing as fancy, colorful platters of hors d'oeuvres, these sculptures soon reveal themselves to be small worlds that one consumes visually. The central objects are reminiscent of buildings, compounds, structures, plazas, monuments, even figures, but exist in their own logical universe, which overlaps, around the edges, with our own.
